1. Keto Ranch Dressing Recipe

Ingredients

  • 1/3 cup mayonnaise

  • 1/3 cup sour cream

  • 1/4 cup heavy cream

  • 1 tablespoon white wine vinegar or lemon

  • 1 tablespoon parsley (minced)

  • 1 tablespoon minced dill

  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder

  • 1/2 teaspoon onion powder

  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper

  • 1/2 teaspoon salt

Instructions

Mix all ingredients well and put them into an airtight container.

2. Low Carb Keto Sour Cream and Onion Dip

  • 1 cup onion diced

  • 2 tbsp olive oil

  • 1/8 tsp salt

  • 1 cup sour cream

  • 2 cloves garlic minced

  • 4 tbsp mayo

  • 1 stalk green onion (diced)

Instructions

  • In a small saucepan, saute the onion and garlic in butter.

  • Set the browned onion and garlic in the refrigerator to cool completely.

  • While the mixture is cooling, put the sour cream, mayo, salt, and green onion into a bowl and mix thoroughly.

  • Add the browned mixture to the bowl once it has completely cooled, then mix well.
