  • 1/2 cup brown sugar swerve sweetener

  • 1 cup peanut butter (creamy)

  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract (optional)


  1. Prepare a loaf pan by lining it with parchment paper.

  2. Place a medium saucepan over medium heat. Melt the butter. Once that is melted, add brown sugar, stirring constantly.
