  • 2 slices low low-carb bread
  • 1 egg
  • ¼ teaspoon cinnamon

  • 1 tablespoon heavy whipping cream
  • 1 teaspoon sugar free vanilla extract


  • Preheat griddle to 300 degrees
  • Beat egg. Add other ingredients.

French Toast:

  • 10-12 slices low carb bread
  • 3 eggs
  • ¾ cup milk
  • 1 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 1 tablespoon Keto Goods Allulose


  • 8 ounces cream cheese softened
  • ⅓ cup sugar-free powdered sugar substitute 
  • 1 tablespoon sugar free vanilla extract


  1. Preheat the griddle to 300 degrees. 
  2. Beat together all three filling ingredients until smooth. Set aside. 
  3. In a small bowl whisk the eggs. Add milk, sweetener and cinnamon, and whisk well. Set aside.
  4. Spread a thick layer of the filling on one piece of bread. Top with a second piece of bread, making a sandwich.
  5. Dip the sandwich into the egg mixture. 
  6. Spray the hot griddle with non-stick spray. 
  7. Cook sandwiches until they are golden brown and crispy on the outside.
  8. Top with sugar-free syrup, strawberries and whipped cream, or whatever you desire!
