Storing Your Keto Breakfast Cake

It is likely that this delicious sugar-free keto dessert won’t last long enough for you to worry about storage... but just in case you have leftovers know that you can store it in an airtight container for a few days. Another option is to simply cover the cake pan with some plastic wrap.

Sugar Substitutes

Our sugar substitute Keto Goods liquid allulose is used in this recipe but you also need a brown sugar substitute. Our favorite is Lakanto brown monk fruit sweetener.

We do recognize that some recipes are more conducive to a granulated sugar substitute. Here are some of our favorites and all of them are available on Amazon:

Can You Substitute Coconut Flour?

Yes, you can. Just remember that a 1/4 cup coconut flour is subbed for about 1 cup of almond flour.

You may need some trial and error when using this substitution.
