  • 1 lb ground beef (substitute ground turkey if desired)

  • 1/4 cup green bell pepper diced

  • 1 teaspoon sea salt

  • 1 cup sugar-free ketchup

  • 1/4 cup Water

  • 2 tablespoons brown sugar substitute sweetener

  • 1 teaspoon yellow mustard

  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder or clove of fresh garlic

  • 1/2 teaspoon onion powder or one small onion, diced

  • 1/2 teaspoon chili powder

  • Black pepper to taste


  1. Prepare a large skillet with non-stick spray. Saute bell peppers (onion and garlic if desired). Add ground beef and stir frequently until it is cooked through.
