1/4 cup cream cheese at room temperature

1/2 tsp baking powder

1/2 tsp cream of tartar

2 tsp vanilla extract
Cinnamon Sugar Coating

2 tbsp granular sweetener

2 tsp ground cinnamon
Instructions

Preheat oven to 350 degrees.

Prepare a baking sheet by lining it with parchment paper, then set it aside.

In a medium bowl, combine all of the dry ingredients (coconut flour, almond flour, salt, baking powder, cream of tartar).

Get out your standing mixer. In the large mixing bowl, cream the butter, sweetener, and cream cheese until combined. Then, add in the egg and sugar-free vanilla extract.

Combine the wet and dry ingredients together. Cover the bowl with plastic wrap and chill in the refrigerator for 30 minutes.

Prepare the topping: combine the granulated sweetener and cinnamon in a small bowl.

Use a cookie scoop to scoop the cookie dough into balls of about 2 tablespoons each.
